Enhance your company profile

Basic Profile: Members who have the Basic Profile that comes with your membership have their member’s name, address, and phone number displayed in the online directory search results and may choose to have their business name hyperlinked to their Member Information page. All Display Attributes are available to members in the Basic Package. The Web Description / Text Context area includes the following fields: Description, Hours of Operation, Driving Directions, and 240 characters for Keywords. Web Photos and Images are not available. Example: Basic Directory Listing

Enhanced Profile: Members upgraded to an Enhanced Member Profile have their member’s name, address, and phone number displayed in the online directory search results and may choose to have their member name hyperlinked to their Member Information page. All Display Attributes are available to members in the Enhanced Package. The Web Description / Text Content area includes the following fields: Description, Results Summary, Hours of Operation, Driving Directions, Additional Bulleted Description, and unlimited characters for Keywords. All Web Photos & Images selections are available which include a search results icon, logo image, a photo gallery, video, and a map image selection. Example: Enhanced Directory Listing

Add a photo to your profile

This helps people find you if they remember your business but not your name.

  1. Login through the Chamber website, top left of the page.
  2. Hit Personal, under account settings.
  3. Hit photo and add and save changes.

Digital Membership Badge

Proudly display your association with Top of Virginia Regional Chamber by placing this membership badge on your website.

  1. Login to your Member Information Center
  2. Click on Company Information.
  3. Click on Membership Badge
  4. Copy and paste HTML code on your website to proudly display your association with the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber

Add an event to the Community Calendar

If your organization has any fundraisers or community events, the calendar is a perfect place to put them as part of marketing your event. When you put anything on the calendar, you can manage it yourself rather than calling the chamber office to make any changes.

  1. Go into your company profile through your login.
  2. Hit the Events button at the top of the page.
  3. Hit the blue Add Event button and fill out the form…don’t forget to use the Search Results Logo in the images…it really helps to make your event stand out.
  4. If you forgot something…you can always go back in and hit the blue Manage Events near the Add Events button to make your changes.
  5. Submit for approval.

Register for multiple events at once

  1. Go into your company profile through your login.
  2. Hit the Events button at the top of the page.
  3. Change Dates From…To…hit apply dates button.
  4. Go to the left and hit Featured Events, and Category Chamber of Commerce.
  5. Hit the Register Now green button for the events you want to attend. Your information will already populate the form. You can send it to your calendar.
  6. Return to add more programs or events.

Contact other members of the Chamber

  1. Go in through your login.
  2. Hit the Directory at the top of the page, if you see that they have opted into email then you can reach them that way. If not, then the phone number and address will be available.
  3. You can also filter your search by category.

Pay a balance online

  1. Log into your chamber account
  2. Look to the right and see the Account Balance PAY and hit that button.
  3. Check the invoice in the box.
  4. Hit Continue
  5. Enter CC numbers …. Check the box that says Securely Save This Card if you are paying installments.
  6. Make sure Email is entered (to get a receipt)
