With a background of 23 years in the healthcare field with responsibility for operations, sales and marketing and a focus on hospice care and senior living, I am thrilled to be co-owner, along with my husband, Wes of Dove Development & Consulting as an independent certified trainer, speaker and coach with The John Maxwell Leadership Team.
