What is ALP?
The Arising Leadership Program (ALP) is designed to support your growth as an emerging leader in the region. It provides you with the confidence, awareness, and experiential learning necessary to step into an evolving workforce. Through this program, you will have the opportunity to explore a variety of career paths, learn about professional opportunities within your community, and build meaningful connections with peers across the region.
ALP Goals:
- Cultivate leadership and communication skills
- Explore the diverse facets of the Top of Virginia region’s career opportunities in business, government, and the non-profit sectors
Instill and nurture a sense of civic and social responsibility - Provide participants with a specific career pathway shadow session.
