Cybersecurity thought leader with over 30 years’ experience in information security for commercial industries and government and a 20-year veteran as a US Army counterintelligence agent. I collaboratively work with Board of Directors and C-level executives to identify high-risk processes and develop appropriate mitigation controls in a timely and cost-effective manner. I am skilled self-starter with executive, departmental and team management experience delivering governance, risk & compliance aligning with ISO-27002, NIST, FFIEC, GLB, NYDFS, HIPAA, SOX-404, COBIT, PCI, and FISMA regulatory requirements to fortune 500 organizations and the Federal Government.

Kevin has been practicing as a Virginia attorney since 2009, and is the Managing Attorney of Glenloch Legal., P.L.C. in Winchester, Virginia. In addition to working at Glenloch Legal, Kevin conducts educational seminars for various investment firms, insurance agencies, banks, and businesses. He also serves as a member of the Rotary Club and is the Past-President of the Winchester-Frederick County Bar Association. He has also served as representative on both city council and the planning commission for his local community. Kevin is also a Veteran of the Army having served as an attorney with the Judge Advocate Generals Corps. He deployed June 2016 through March 2017 with the 1-116 Infantry Battalion in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (Spartan Shield) as the Officer in Charge of the Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar Consolidated Legal Office, providing legal counsel to base commanders.
