Topic: Give Constructive Feedback Like a Coach - not a Boss
Description: The goal of feedback for improvement is to drive stronger business results. From how to start the conversation to using a proven process during the conversation, you will learn and practice how to apply those difficult conversations in your everyday work. You’ll experience how to address someone who provides technically sound work but is causing interpersonal conflict on the team. We’ll also do a lightening round of - Bring your difficult conversations questions - and we’ll respond!
Bio: Rachel Schaefer currently serves as the Manager of Learning and Development for Valley Health System where her team is responsible for training and organizational development. Rachel also serves as the President for the Winchester Area Society for Human Resource Management leading a board of 16 people. Rachel holds an MBA, CPP, CAPM, DDI Certification, and is currently pursuing a certification in Organizational Development. Rachel has more than 10 years’ experience leading difficult conversations with the help of a proven process she’ll share with each of you.
