With the low unemployment rate in our area, recruitment and retention are some of the biggest issues facing employers today. Is the pool of candidates really tapped out?
Join us to learn how to access pools of untapped populations in our region. Participants will learn about various types of state funded programs to assist employers in recruitment and retention as well as how to remove barriers that are hindering their hiring process.
The panel of workforce experts below will share with you how to access these potential employees as well as how to develop your current workforce to retain talent.
