    We're excited to welcome Lauryn Ricketts back to Winchester where she worked for WHSV/TV3 as chief meteorologist. 
    The Winchester native
    is a meteorologist with Storm Team 4 NBC4 Washington and contributes to 103.5 WTOP radio weekday mornings.  Lauryn will talk to the VBW audience about her journey as a television meteorologist, setting goals to achieve your dreams, and staying the course.
