Two Month Special Peer to Peer Education Events Speaker: John Norton of Vision Bound International Two part series: "Winning Loyal Customers, Customers Only Want Two Things"
Description: As you strive to build your organization, customer service and personalized care is the greatest tool you have for creating friends and loyal customers for life. The goal is to not just to develop satisfied customers, but to win LOYAL customers (and there is a BIG difference!). In these two fast-paced introductory sessions you will learn high-impact techniques and tools for solving customers’ problems and leave them feeling great about their experience.
As Walt Disney once said, “We will do what we do so well that the people who see us will want to see us again and bring friends.”
Our Top of Virginia Regional Chamber is delighted to welcome John Norton, East Coast Director of VisionBound™ International, to present these two powerful introductory workshops.
If your business meets these two tasks, you will create loyal customers who buy more, tell their friends and come back often.

PEER TO PEER EDUCATION:
The essential idea is that peer educators and learners share some degree of common experience and desire to help and learn from one another. Peer education is based on the assumption that learners are often likely to relate to and trust others in their own circumstances more than professionals whose experience might be entirely different from theirs.
How does peer-to-peer education drive continuous learning? - Provides deeper insights into strengths and areas for development - Empowers people to learn new skills - Increases engagement and improves team dynamics - Enables peer mentors to develop leadership skills - Improves team performance
