ServSafe Manager's Course
This 2-day course is for managers of food service operations such as hotels, restaurants, schools, nursing homes, child-care centers, hospitals, caterers, and clubs; chefs; Dietary Managers; and Food/Beverage Managers. Upon completion of the course, developed by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association, participants take a national certification exam.
