What is Civitan?
Civitan is a service organization that seeks to meet community needs
with an emphasis on helping people with developmental disabilities.
A new club sponsored by the Martinsburg & Waynesboro Area Civitan
Clubs, the Northern Shenandoah Valley Civitan Club will hold its
chartering ceremony to install the club’s members, officers, and
directors, so that they can begin to make positive changes in the
Winchester City and Frederick County areas.
